The NIGI is inspired by the onigiri, shaped by hand to contain exactly what is needed.
Its triangular silhouette evokes one of the most stable forms of construction. It gives it its poise, its hold and that immediately recognizable presence.
Its gold clasp was designed as a line with a double meaning: a heartbeat and a skyline. It combines the passion with which I imagined this bag when I left engineering and the rigorous lines that remained with me.

Our NIGI city bags are produced in Spain, in a small workshop located in Petrer. Run by a couple, it brings together a dozen artisans who perpetuate their demanding manual craftsmanship.
Full-grain leather, selected in France and Europe.
The NIGI cannelle is made from full-grain cowhide leather, tanned in Spain in an LWG-certified tannery. The grain is perceptible to the touch and the finish has a satin sheen.
For the mist and midnight colors, we chose a grained full-grain cowhide leather, tanned in France in an LWG-certified tannery.
