Delivery
Currently, our delivery services are available exclusively in France and Europe.
We take about 5 working days to prepare your order. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email to track your package. The delivery times then depend on the delivery method you have chosen.
Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Delivery costs are free for mainland France to pick up points.
For other destinations, they are calculated on the payment page.
Yes, it is entirely possible to have your parcel delivered to a pick up point. However, we recommend that you do not choose a locker because our packages can be bulky.
