For a long time, I believed that creativity was for others. I saw myself as a scientist, not a creator. I was wrong.
The rigor I had acquired did not prevent me from creating. It led me to it.
I created Meilyne because a bag is not just an accessory. It's what gives you confidence before an important meeting. That little detail that makes you feel like yourself. A silent ally who accompanies you every time you dare.
So I dared, too.
Today, I design as I learned to build: with rigor, with patience. I release a bag when it's ready, not when the calendar dictates. For those who prefer to wait for what suits them.
I was afraid to dream too big. But Meilyne exists. And no one gave me that.

The OZI: A leather tote bag, born from a personal story
There are memories that cannot be explained. They are inhabited.
As a child, I watched my mother prepare Chinese dumplings. That precise gesture, that perfect shape in her hands, something inside me has never forgotten it.
When I wanted to create my first tote bag, I had a simple and personal idea: a leather bag that could hold everything, that would accompany me all day long without ever letting me down. Generous, structured, reliable. Like my mother's ravioli, a shape that contains, that envelops, that never lets go.
This is where the OZI was born. Its leather pleats pay homage to the apparent perfection of the Chinese ravioli. A deceptive perfection, because in reality, reproducing these pleats is a true technical challenge. Each pleat is carefully considered, crafted, and demanding. That's where the difference lies.
The OZI is an original, affordable and elegant tote bag.

Le nigi: A city bag born from a triangle
Like the onigiri that are shaped in the palm of your hand to keep you going through the day, Nigi makes the same promise: everything you need, nothing more.
Its triangular shape, the most stable of all, gives it its composure; the golden clasp, its signature. The grained meets the smooth along clean edges, for a subtle play of textures. Compact enough for the essentials, singular enough to make people ask: "where did you get your bag?"
Two bags in one fold.
fold: The cardholder that combines our two models
In architecture, as with leatherwork, it is the fold that provides structure. Crafted from Nigi leather offcuts and folded according to Ozi’s design, this cardholder brings our two models together in a single gesture. The essential format: a few cards, nothing more.
French grained cowhide, upcycled and then handcrafted in Marseille, in Flora Contigo's workshop. Limited edition of twenty copies.

Zoe square: China inspired
Our very first silk square, born from a dialogue between Paris and China. Its borders reveal a delicate architecture: doors, arches, and unfolding fans. Hidden within the design are Ozi and Nigi: a signature for those who look closely.
Designed in Paris by Zoé Derian, woven in silk twill near Lake Como, then hand-rolled, it can be worn around the neck, on the wrist, or tied to a bag handle, catching the light with every movement. Limited edition of fifty copies.
